Lightnin' Bug

Deep in Moscow, Russia, in 1932, A mad scientist named Dr. Vladimir StankenFrein and his dim-witted assistant, Gluppyy Vuttervall, create a Time Machine (with a secret stash of honey roasted peanuts) for the sole purpose to beat America by creating one first. They use a cartoon firefly, who flew from America as a test subject. They send the glowing flea to the year of 2023, in the capital of the 51st state of the U.S.: Speilburg Calizonorida. The firefly, named Lightnin' Bug, meets some animals after he crash lands into the future. Sparky the Dog, Harold the Pigeon and Mango the Fruit Bat. While they have daily escapades, StankenFrein is trying to find a way to bring Lightnin' back to the past to be dissected.
